I bought jeans for the first time in years today. I’ve been wearing a ratty stretched-out pair of 20 dollar cheap crap that I’m two inches too tall for because I don’t fit anything else and just haven’t wanted to put myself through the discouragement of buying pants. Seeing as I lost 9 pounds (and counting), I gave it a try and ended up with two nice pairs at a decent price AND size 24. Feels good.

With the right exercise plan, you can reduce your cellulite and make your lower body look smoother and firmer.
The trick is working all your lower body muscles from every angle, reducing the underlying fat stores and replacing lost muscle tissue to give the area a taut, toned appearance throughout.

MY CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION:
I am in love with the coconut vinegar! I never would’ve thought I’d like anything more than ACV. I really like the coconut nectar as a sugar substitute and coconut aminos as a salt substitute. I’ve yet to try the other two above. Coconut Vinegar>ACV, Coconut Aminos>Liquid Aminos, Coconut Nectar>Agave. Coconut is the best alternative choice for everything!

Today, I drove a little ways to take a cycle/yoga class. I normally only go to yoga, so getting my heart rate up like that was such an invigorating feeling! Haven’t felt it in a while. I think I’m going to start going to an actual gym. However, I’ve only ever done yoga my whole life. I’ll have to learn how to gym. :p
First day back practicing since I injured my shoulder. Felt good! Still a little scared, though…
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s is my preference)
1/2 cup distilled or purified cold water
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
5 drops stevia extract
MIX WELL, CHILL, DRINK
Change water to vinegar ratio or add more drops of stevia depending on tolerance and preference.
1 tbsp raw honey can replace stevia.
Drink one before every meal to aid in digestion and keep you feeling full.
